Powder Milk Roshmalai

 Materials

One and a half cup powdered milk

3 cups liquid milk

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 tablespoon ghee

1 egg

Preparation:

In a bowl, take 1 cup of powdered milk and mix it gently with baking powder and ghee. Now make a soft dough by mixing it with a little beaten egg. Eggs must be at room temperature. When you see the dough sticking out of your hand, you realize it's ready to be made sweet. Now wait 5 minutes. Then make balls in the shape of sweets.

2 Now in a pot, mix two and a half cups of milk, sugar and cardamom powder. When it starts to boil, leave the sweets. Milk cannot be thickened by burning in any way.

Cover with 3 lids and cook on medium high heat for 5 minutes. Occasionally hold the handle and shake it a little so that it does not overflow.

4 In a small bowl, mix the rest of the powdered milk and Harka with hot water. Open the lid, shake gently with the milk mixture and cook again with the lid on for 5 minutes. Then turn off the stove and leave it like this for at least two hours. After two hours, the sweets will absorb the juice well. Now serve the fun rasmalai cold or hot.
